3. Enter the Qty., Item, and Style
4. Make checks payable to "Rick Cross"
5. Send to the address at the bottom of the Button form.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PERSONAL INFORMATION IS FILLED OUT. ORDERS MISSING INFORMATION MAY BE HELD UP UNTILL INFORMATION IS GATHERED.

If you order buttons, magnets, & dog tags(1-34 items) the shipping will only be $5.00 for all items.
If bulk shipping orders(35 to 90 items) the shipping charges will be $11.00
